Project summary

At the end of 2023, a private venture fund changed its strategy, focusing on AI and stopping important projects in other areas. On the recommendation of our partner, with whom we had successfully collaborated before, the fund offered us to resume these projects.

We are open for cooperation with:

• Investors willing to make a financial contribution (minimum investment amount – from €5,000, with equity participation proportional to the invested funds).

• Partners with professional knowledge and experience in mobile application development, UX/UI design, international marketing, and startup management.

The first project aims to solve the parking problem for tourists in Europe via SMS.

In a popular European resort town on the Black Sea coast, tourists face difficulties when paying for parking due to the lack of local SIM cards. This leads not only to significant inconveniences, but also to frequent conflict situations, such as issuing fines, blocking the wheels of cars and their evacuation to a car impound. Our solution allows tourists to send SMS for payment without the need to connect to local operators, which will eliminate this problem and significantly simplify the process.

The project, supported by municipal authorities and approved as a pilot, will be implemented in the coastal tourist zone with possible further expansion to other regions. Preparation will take 4-6 months, and the launch is planned for the 2nd quarter of 2025. Even with conservative forecasts, high profitability, significant marginality and payback in less than 12 months with minimal risks are expected.

The implementation will require an investment of €48,500, which will be used to create and launch a technological platform that ensures the reliability and scalability of the SMS payment service.

The second project aims to create an innovative social platform for the implementation of material goals, integrating crowdfunding, social networks and e-commerce.

We present an innovative social platform that integrates elements of crowdfunding, social networks and e-commerce. Accessible through a mobile application, the platform creates a convenient space for interaction and implementation of ambitious projects.

The project supports and implements the desires of users, offering unique solutions to achieve their material goals through collective support and active participation of the community. The platform combines social interaction and commercial cooperation in one place.

A transparent financial model with low fees and organic growth through referral programs help attract new users and increase engagement.
