    Інвестиційний проект промислового видобутку торфу (торф низинного типу, підтипу болотного, злакового та злаково-мохового угруповання) на ділянці «Закриниця-1» площею 143 га, що знаходиться в с.Космачів Рівненського району Рівненської області.

Мета проекту :

Створення ефективної та сталої виробничої бази для видобутку торфу з використанням сучасних технологій та методів, що мінімізують вплив на навколишнє середовище. Проект призначений для виробництва екологічно чистого торфу для використання в сільському господарстві та енергетиці.

Основні показники проекту:

Загальна площа родовища в межах нульового родовища: 143 га

Загальна кількість запасів (ресурсів): 1077 тис. тонн

Проектна потужність видобутку: 40 тис. тонн на рік

Валовий виробничий дохід за рік при заявленій потужності: $1 800 000

Орієнтовні фінансові результати проекту:  

Необхідний обсяг інвестиційних коштів: 1 100 000 $

EBITDA при виході на заявлену потужність проекту: $850 000-$1 000 000 на рік

Термін окупності проекту при виході на проектну потужність: 2-3 роки

При виході на планову виробничу потужність (40 тис. тонн на рік) точкою беззбитковості буде реалізація 9-10 тис. тонн.

- фрезерні барабани МТФ-13 – 2 шт.;

- торфозбиральні машини МТФ-43 – 4 шт.;

- мішалки МТФ-21 – 1 шт.;

- розкидач ПРТ-10 – 1 шт.;

- прокатні машини МТФ-31 – 1 шт.;

- stacking machines MTF-71 – 1 pc.;

- tractors for technological equipment MTZ-82 – 10 pcs.

Preparatory technical works: $200,000-250,000 (drainage, afforestation, removal of the top layer of soil, etc.)

Payment for peat to the subsurface user in the person of the state $2/1t / 1 year: $80,000

Working capital: $150,000

Reserve capital: $150,000
