Annual income from $290,000 to $440,000 (Depending on the chosen tax strategy)
60% of the net income to the investor (discussed) until the full return of the investment, that is, the return of the investment is a priority - after the return - we discuss the format of the work, maybe 50/50.
In the future, for 3-5 years, we plan to expand at least one more clinic, turn the business into a network.
Children's dentistry in three offices. Two offices are for pediatricians, the third office will be used by a doctor/orthodontist.
(Two doctors with experience of 10 and 8 years are involved in the project. They have an appointment for several months ahead at the current job!!!. One for the role of director, one for the role of chief physician) More details at the meeting)
We are planning to start a 7-day work week.
From that, 2-4 doctors, 1 – anesthesiologist, 1 – orthodontist, 1 – pediatric surgeon, 3 – assistant, 1 – sterilization nurse, 1 – senior nurse, 1 – cleaner, 1 – accountant and 2 people at the reception. We are considering the option of 2 permanent staff at the reception, at first one will be enough.
We organize courses and sale of goods at the entrance, which will also bring income. I have not taken it into account yet, because it is difficult to estimate how much it will bring in profits.
Lay an X-ray cabinet for the future, use it as a server room.
There will be no problems with the staff, we will attract. (It is thanks to the doctors who are involved in the project and their connections and experience)
In terms of potential, we consider both the left bank and the right bank. + In this case, the left bank has a huge database, developed over the years by a doctor whose doctor we involved in this project. But we discuss.
I put down $3,000 for rent. Maybe it will be little, but up to $5k, the picture will not change much.
The number of repairs may vary. And it will change.
Perhaps we will find a ready-made clinic... We need premises in the area of 150 square meters.
But ideally find without repair and stand out with repair!
The same applies to equipment, possible discounts, wholesale, etc. They chose very good options.
Depreciation has not yet been taken into account, whether access to the technical documentation of the equipment is required. Will discuss with suppliers.
I also did not include inflation, it is 7%-10% per year, again, it affects the payback a little, but in general it does not change the picture much.
In terms of marketing, there is work to be done, since there are already ready bases of customers, the costs will be very significant. Let's involve the SMM, use Instagram, TicTok, Facebook.

The figures are very close to reality. Counting on very good conditions, which is what we will strive for. But of course it will take some time to get to them, we are planning 6 months.
(We also plan to use the Law of Ukraine "On State Support of Investment Projects with Significant Investments in Ukraine". It aims to return up to 30% of investments by the state in an indirect form, for example: non-payment of income tax for 5 years, or non-payment of VAT on equipment) What will make the return on investment faster!
