I am one of the dealers in Ukraine, I have been trading in one of their products for more than 5 years.
Their $ are invested in turnover, the flight is normal, we grow by 20-30% every year.
I see prospects in other products of this manufacturer.
But to enter new niches requires a significant increase in working capital.
Preliminarily, the amount of $ 200-300 thousand should be enough.
We create LLC, your% will be in accordance with your investment.
He is ready to invest his 20-50 thousand dollars as proof.
The invested $ will go purely for the purchase of goods, turnover and for the beginning of life (rent of a warehouse / office, warehouse equipment, PC, etc.)

Of course, I will transfer the TM to the ownership of the newly created company, where you will have the majority of the authorized capital.
If suddenly you have a company in Europe with a normal history, the manufacturer can ship the goods with deferred payment for up to 60 days.
This slightly reduces the need for working capital.
