The project is aimed at making a profit by importing cars from the USA and then selling them on the territory of Ukraine.
The essence of the business is to purchase cars at American auctions (Copart, IAAI) at a favorable price, organize delivery to Ukraine, customs clearance, repair (if necessary) and further sale on the local market with a mark-up. The market for cars from the USA in Ukraine is steadily growing, as such cars often have better equipment and a lower cost compared to analogues on the domestic market.

Business model: Selection of a car for the budget, purchase at auction, delivery (USA → Ukraine), customs clearance, repair/preparation (as needed if the client wishes). Average transaction cycle: 1.5–2.5 months.
The need for investment, to launch and scale the project, investments in the purchase of cars are necessary.
Advantages of the project: quick payback, clear and proven business model, high demand in the Ukrainian market, possibility of scaling (increasing the number of cars).
Risks, currency fluctuations, and repair costs may be higher than expected (looking at how to sell a car with repairs or sell it with a national currency without repairs).
Attracting an investor for regular car deliveries (2–5 cars per month) with subsequent business scaling.
