Project summary

Our ambitious project involves the creation of an entertainment center that will become the vital heart of a residential complex in Kyiv. The total area of 7,500 m2 promises to become a center for family gatherings, healthy recreation and active socialization, providing residents with everything they need for a quality life without having to leave the complex.

We strive to create not just entertainment facilities, but a holistic and harmonious environment that opens up new opportunities for recreation and development. Our facility embodies the synergy of style, comfort and innovation, helping to create a unique atmosphere of the residential complex.

Functional areas

Adult pool: A large 50-meter pool with different depths and lanes for professional swimming and recreational swimming, equipped with modern water filtration and purification systems.

Children's pool: Equipped with maximum safety and comfort for children, with play areas and soft surfaces.

Ice Arena: It measures 40 x 30 meters and is equipped with the latest generation freezing systems, which provide ideal conditions for skating.

Restaurant with panoramic view: The restaurant offers a unique gastronomic experience, where each dish is a work of art. The atmosphere of the restaurant is distinguished by coziness and elegance, creating an ideal place for a romantic dinner, friendly meetings or festive events.
