Project summary

I am looking for an investor in the Grimmick project (WITHOUT COLLATERAL!).

The investment amount is $15,000
Payback period - from 6 months.
The purpose of the investment is to create an MVP and launch a Pre-Sale.

Industry: production, culture, fashion/luxury, creativity/design.

Idea:
Grimmick is a stylish and modern figurine with a height of 30 to 70 cm (there will be different options), which combines classic elements with an innovative design. The figure has a shape similar to famous characters, but with a modern and strict look.
This is a figurine in the style of bearbrick, made of recycled plastic. (serial production), with an emphasis on TIER 1 countries.

Project stage:
We have a small team of several people (CEO, Sales manager, SMM)
We conducted a short survey and in 2 days we received the results, which you can see in the photo.

Sources of income:
- Sale of figurines through an online store
- Pre-orders
- Cooperation with brands
- Sale of merch (souvenirs, clothes and accessories)
- Subscriptions or collectors' club
- Licensing or franchising
- Advertising and sponsorship

Road map:
1. Creation of a prototype
2. Content creation
3. Creating a site (for creating an MVP)
4. Launching targeted advertising
5. Placing the project on crowdfunding platforms
6. Launch of pre-sale
Deadline: from 6 months.

Allocation of funds:
The funds will be directed to the creation of media content (with equipment), as well as:
1. Prototyping and production;
2. Design and branding;
3. Marketing and promotion;
4. Legal issues.

Investor proposals:
Offers will depend on investment terms.
- I offer up to 40% ownership to a business angel.
- other conditions of cooperation 15% (in case of good financing conditions) and/or return of investment at % (individually).
