PROJECT IDEA

The Ger Kashemir project is conceived as a regional and international Eco space for recreation and development. The project is based on the creation of a unique space for recreation and development of both physical and moral condition of a person. Development of Ukrainian Eco tourism to a new level. Protecting the environment through the creation of infrastructure that promotes nature conservation, has a beneficial effect on the environment, ensures the active socio-economic participation of local residents and their benefits from these activities

The main goals of the project can be distinguished:

● stimulation and satisfaction of the desire to communicate with nature;
● prevention of negative impact on nature and culture;
● minimizing negative environmental and socio-cultural consequences, maintaining environmental sustainability of the environment; ● promotion of nature conservation and local socio-cultural environment;
● assistance in the protection of nature and natural resources;
● environmental education and awareness;
● participation of local residents and their receipt of income from tourism activities, which creates economic incentives for them to protect nature;
● economic efficiency and ensuring the socio-economic development of territories;
● promoting sustainable development of the region;
● A place for joint practices, retreats, trainings, seminars ...
● Development of Ecotourism;
● Creation and implementation of eco-tours, such as: ○ tours with sports and adventure purposes. ○ botanical, zoological, geological and similar tours;

For construction, a single architectural concept was chosen - domed structures. Radial symmetry creates a special philosophy of life in a domed house - The way of life is freed from square straightness, becoming smooth, like everything natural. The rounded lines of the living space create a unique atmosphere of comfort and harmony. Dome structures have an ideal microclimate, thanks to a breathable shell and dome-vortex convection.

The territory will include:
● Main dome
● area for outdoor events
● 8 domed houses (40m2 each)
● More than 4 hectares of landscaped parkland
● Parking A place for events in bad weather conditions is located on the second floor of the main dome.

MARKET ANALYSIS

Every year the demand for Eco tourism in the world and in Ukraine is growing at times. At the moment, in Ukraine, the conditions for ecotourism and domestic tourism are not so developed, this is one of the problems of why people go abroad for recreation and tourism. But the demand for this type of recreation is growing every year. Competition in this industry in southern Ukraine is minimal, especially in this area. This place is extremely beautiful and attracts tourists every year more and more, the only thing that prevents people from staying there is the lack of infrastructure. In the next decade, tourism will remain one of the sources of new jobs in many regions of the world. Experts predict that over the next five years, the level of annual growth in this industry will be 5%, which is equal to 2 million new jobs. The results of the WTO research show that by 2020-2021 tourist traffic will grow to 1.6 billion tourists per year, and their travel costs will reach $ 2 trillion - that is, $ 5 billion per day. Tourism will drive economic growth in the 21st century along with the telecommunications and IT sectors.
