Project summary

The product allows to reduce fuel consumption of both gasoline and diesel by at least 10%, as well as to reduce emissions from 30 to 50% for all types of internal combustion engines.

Road transport ranks second in the world, as well as first in cities and metropolises as a source of environmental pollution.
Fuel costs are the second largest amount after the cost of buying a car.
Global warming requires concrete solutions now, and every car owner can help reduce the negative impact of their car.
Reducing fuel costs will optimize the cost of transportation and operation of cars.

Our FuelWell, an accessory for internal combustion engines, is a fuel catalyst (not to be confused with afterburners in the exhaust system) due to the catalytic process, the fuel burns more fully, resulting in reduced fuel consumption and reduced emissions. An indicator such as RM (soot, unburned fuel) according to the results of testing in the European laboratory confirmed a decrease of 90%. The device is mounted in the fuel system, after fine filters. Does not require maintenance during operation.
Does not change the chemical composition of the fuel, confirmation of the WOG gas station laboratory, report on request.

The market for FuelWell is the secondary car market. These are cars that use diesel or gasoline. For cars, this is a car aged 3-7 years of middle class.
Light commercial vehicles and trucks.
EU market volume:
TAM - € 156 billion
SAM - € 125 billion
SOM - € 15.6 billion
About 300 million cars are registered in Europe. - average check 350 euros, potential - 10 million (3%) cars, volume - 3.5 billion euros
About 40 million light commercial vehicles are registered. - average check 700 euros, volume - 10 million (25%) cars volume - 7 billion euros
Freight (trucks) transport registered 11 million units. - average check - 1000 euros - 5 million (50%) cars, volume - 5 billion euros

Business model:

Production and sale of FuelWell devices will be carried out in the B2C, B2B, B2G sectors through the following channels:
-distribution
-affiliate sales
-electronic commerce
-direct sales
Financial forecasts:
ROS 23%
ROI 319%
NPAT € 7114 K
IRR 32%
NPV € 2879 K

Competitors:
https://www.ecopra.com/en/ - air oxidizer
http://www.hydrogen-fuel.ca/ - Creates Brown gas,
https://www.cgon.co.uk/ - Creates Brown's gas,
Markets are free, as innovative products do not enter the market so quickly.
Competitive advantages:

Reduction of harmful substances in exhaust gases (CO2 - up to 15%, CO - up to 39%, PM - up to 90%, NOx - up to 35%) was confirmed by laboratory tests;
- Fuel savings (up to 30%)
- lower manufacturing cost (compared to competitors by 30-40%);
- Effective for various types of road, water, agricultural, construction and rail transport using diesel or gasoline.
- Fast payback and high return on investment for buyers (1-10 months).

Risks and overcoming barriers:
Great emphasis on electric vehicles - for new cars, our technology is suitable for both new cars and those on the market, which are 95%, in some sectors Electrification is not implemented so quickly.

The technology does not fall under the current regulations and certifications - to obtain a certificate of the approved type, negotiations and consultations with the Federal Automobile Agency of Germany, KBA to find a solution and the possibility of technology certification

Resistance from users, as the market has a negative experience due to various cheap inefficient devices such as magnets, cavitators, etc. - active marketing activities, advertising campaigns and PR to promote and positive perception of technology, holding round tables, receiving support from government agencies and international environmental organizations.

Current state of the project

Prototype developed;
A model range for different types of transport has been developed
Successful testing in real conditions, with confirmation of efficiency;
Testing was carried out according to the requirements of WLTC ARTEMIS NEDC at the Institute of Transport, IST, Warsaw, Poland, a report was received confirming the effectiveness of the technology;
Barriers to market entry and their overcoming have been identified

R&D:
- development of drawings for plastic cases, testing
- additional studies to confirm the effectiveness, the lack of negative impact on the engine and system
- development of technical documentation for industrial production
Marketing and sales:
- creating a marketing strategy and testing sales channels
- creation of marketing content
- launch of an advertising campaign and PR
- launch of pre-sales
- participation in exhibitions, conferences
- launch of a crowdfunding company
- preparation and participation in grant programs
Legal costs:
- creation and filing of patent applications and trademarks
- certification of technology, products and companies for passenger cars and water transport
- legal and consulting services of third parties
Implementation of measures for 1 year
