FoldyGo is the first innovative and best solution on the market for a compact, durable, inflatable, foldable, unbreakable and fully functional bicycle helmet. And a single solution for companies that provide bicycle, scooter, etc. rental services.

With our decision, we take away the last argument from those users who do not want to wear a helmet because of its bulkiness. And potentially the best solution for companies providing bike rental and sharing services.

As we bring our product to market around the world, we want to make sure cyclists lose their last excuse not to wear a helmet. Because the best solution is available now!

We are a Ukrainian startup team at an early stage of development, currently developing the first innovative product (hardware) on the market for B2C, B2B, B2G and B2B2C customers. And the good news is that the prototype (MVP) is already working great!

We are looking for our first investor and/or business partner to move and register a campaign for our project in a new location.

We are currently raising our first round of investment in the amount of 250 thousand USD, in return we are offering a 10% stake in the company (negotiating). The option of partnership (joining the co-founders of the project) is also possible, but the value of the % share and the amount of the entry are discussed individually!

Most likely, our solution will interest not only ordinary users, but also bicycle and scooter rental companies, as well as the governments of a number of countries where the use of our product is mandatory at the legal level.

Market:

TAM – USD 970 million now and about USD 1.2+ billion by 2024
SAM – USD 400+ million.
SOM – USD 20+ million.

B2C segment (on average 20%):
Bicycle owners and those who regularly use scooters, skateboards, roller skates, rafters, etc.

B2B (on average 80%) segment:
The main players of the bicycle and scooter rental market, chain retailers, etc.

What has already been done:
• A problem has been detected.
• A "proof of concept" was conducted.
• Ready working MVP (Beta).
• We studied competitors - our solution is the best on the market of other quality samples.
• Conducted initial market research - the market is growing rapidly in both the B2C (20%) and B2B (80%) segments.
• A business model has been developed.
• The "bone" of the team is assembled, but it is necessary to expand the team.

I invite a partner, mentor, advisor, mentor in one person with good networking/contacts and necessarily with successful fundraising experience to my hardware project! We can cooperate both on a one-time basis and on a permanent basis (if we agree - we will conclude a contract). We are ready to offer either a one-time reward (based on the result of closing the round) or a share of the company. Now we plan to raise USD 250K at Pre-Seed.
