Project summary

* Sugar export from Ukraine to Uzbekistan:
  There are real buyers of sugar in Uzbekistan, but due to the war in Ukraine, they are afraid to make advance payments to Ukrainian producers and are seeking some form of payment guarantees. Alternatively, they are offering to pay for the sugar in Uzbekistan. It is possible to obtain a bank guarantee or a letter of credit from buyers. Sugar sales volume ranges from 500 to 1,000 mt per buyer. The approximate cash flow is 35–60 days, depends on the situation at ports in Ukraine and Georgia. Profit is approximately 3–3.5% on each shipment. One-time sales.

* Export of food products (confectionery, snacks, etc.) from Ukraine to Uzbekistan:
   This is a long-term project lasting from 6–12 months. Profit range from min 15–20% per year in U.S. dollars. There is a company in Uzbekistan that imports food products from Ukraine and cooperate with retailers, distributors, and wholesale markets in Uzbekistan. Exclusive contracts have been signed with manufacturers in Ukraine.
