The eco-settlement has 30 cottages, rooms built from natural materials with unique characteristics. The cost of one house with an area of 28 sq.m. is $ 8400. Room furnishing is negotiated separately. You have the opportunity to buy one or several numbers and receive annually from 2000 $ guaranteed profit from each. The holiday season on the Berdyansk Spit lasts from May to September, during this period the administration of the eco-settlement is centrally engaged in renting out rooms to vacationers and in October pays the profit to the owners of the cottages. This way you get passive income. But there is a variant of an agreement when you can rent out eco-cottages on your own or live there on your own.
