Own production and high-speed construction of eco-friendly housing using wall sandwich blocks using Teplosten technology. Advantages: low price of finished M2 and speed of wall installation (5-7 days).
Project summary
The return on investment will be made within 1-1.5 seasons due to the construction and sale of housing (M2) at competitive prices (at or below market prices).
The received investment funds will be used for the reactivation and launch of production, marketing, preparation and application for grant financing for a number of programs for the construction of social housing, and more.
The assets already have a complete line of special equipment and a full package of technical documentation for the manufacture of 22 products, legal entity (now TOV. If necessary, reorganization into AOZT is possible).
The total capacity of the production line allows the production of material sufficient for the construction of 3 one and a half storey cottages or one townhouse (for 4-6 apartments) per month. These production volumes can be easily increased by 2-3 times if necessary.
