The readiness of the house is approximately 40-50% (a concrete "box" of the house is built without a roof, external networks, landscaping).

The series is a large-panel house with two window openings with panels

Basement - available

The material of the panels of the external walls is lightweight expanded clay concrete. 400 mm

The material of the inner walls is heavy reinforced concrete

The material of the partitions is plaster concrete thickness. 100 mm and small materials.

The material of the floors is heavy reinforced concrete.

Elevator shaft - available.

Roof - combined passable (technical floor without a roof, possible redevelopment for a penthouse)

The plot of land under the house is allocated according to the land management project of 0.6 hectares

The apartments are provided by a standard project (number of living rooms/ total area of one apartment, excluding the area of balconies and loggias/ number of apartments/ total area of all apartments of this type/ characteristics)

1 room/ 32.3 sq.m./ 7 units/ 225.9 sq.m. (combined village/university, 1-bedroom balcony)

2nd room/ 49.82 sq.m./35 units/ 1743.7 sq.m.

3 rooms/ 64.59 sq.m./ 42 units/ 2712.8 sq.m. (separate living room, balcony and loggia)

Total: 4682.4 sq.m. WARNING! The total area of each individual apartment is indicated approximately (roughly) and is subject to clarification in the project documentation.

Technical problems that need to be solved: the construction was stopped in 1998, it requires updating of the engineering survey, new technical conditions, updating (correction) of the project documentation in accordance with the current DBN and Standards.

Attention, the budget is determined according to the PKD and the contract with the owner!!!

Prospects for further development:

- construction of the 4th entrance has begun (only 1 floor has been built)

- construction of the 5th entrance (there is a piling field)
