Project summary

Hello! Straight to the point.

- business worker (we work for 6 months)

- all technical processes are in place. There is: brand, website, CPM, configured IP telephony, social networks, advertising streams (GoogleADS, KMS, teaser advertising) and a vision in which direction the company should move further.

- profit and clients are also available (there is a constant stream of clients, mainly from advertising + word of mouth, we work with a business)

- initially worked for 5 cities (Kiev, Kharkov, Kherson, Nikolaev, Dnipro). Soon, due to lack of funding, they rolled back to 2 cities. At this stage, only Kiev and Kharkov are working. The advertising budget has decreased. Accordingly, the profit.

Of the problems we encountered:

- lack of funding:

- small advertising budget,

- hiring freelance performers,

- most of the profit covers the flow costs.

Vision of the future:

With sufficient funding, the company returns its branches in cities. Kiev, Kharkov and +3 cities that are waiting in the wings. We are not talking about physical points. This is the field of providing field services, which eliminates the need to rent an office space.

The central office is located in Kharkov, where the call center is located. There are plans to open branches and squeeze out competitors in all regional centers of Ukraine, and further develop in cities. Each branch has its own head, funding, advertising office, budget and website. Each of them lives his own life, not deviating from the policy of the head office.
