Wood processing workshop for sale !!!
The sawmill is located in the village of "Nova Greblya", Borodyansky district ( now Buchansky district) , Kiev region. From the village. Klavdievo-Tarasovo go about 10 minutes. Departure to the Warsaw or Zhytomyr highway.
The main workshop is 64 x 4.5 meters in size (technical passport, purchase and sale agreement). In addition, premises measuring 4.5 x 12 m are attached to it. The territory of the enterprise according to documents is 25 acres (private property), but in fact it is in use somewhere around 50 acres. The entrance and roads to the enterprise are asphalted.
There are four forest farms in the district !!! We have contacts with everyone !!!
40 kW of electricity have been supplied, but the transformer located in the adjacent area potentially allows to supply up to 100 kW. Water - a well (there is a central highway nearby).
