since 2003 is an entrepreneur in the field of mobile telephony - I have extensive experience and connections in the field. In September 2020, he started a project to sell batteries for the Apple iPhone under his own brand CoolBatt. The main competitive advantage is the direct contact with the manufacturer in China with really high quality products (batteries have been tested for more than 1 year) and the presence of a line of batteries with enhanced capacity (15-30% more originals), as well as my experience in the industry and available business contacts.

Purpose: to go from retail to wholesale according to the developed strategy, to form a well-known brand of quality batteries for iPhone and then expand the range of batteries to other Apple equipment and other brands. Transition to own production during the world change of the available technology or sale of business with the promoted brand.

The success of the project for less than a year of its existence can be tracked independently by query "CoolBatt" in "Google". The project is economically profitable, but the profit is not very big at the moment.

There is a developed marketing and business strategy, but not everything is going according to plan.

The main problems that hinder the acceleration: the lack of a systematic approach to the implementation of strategies (a feature of my character), insufficient funding before the start, unfortunately, did not make any calculations, and if it did, they would certainly not be true because this is my first experience of promotion brand), great non-direct competition (there are very few direct competitors), distrust of new customers (while it is very difficult to directly and quickly broadcast the value before the customer decides to buy), lack of awareness (or lack of quality performers) in Internet marketing.

I am still working on all these moments on my own. I decided to look for a partner.
