I, Oleg Zelez - the owner of the construction company Zelez Group, work in the market for 12 years ( more information about me at the link )

All this time, to promote my business, I used various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, own site, Prom.ua and other marketplaces), which did not always meet my expectations. And there are officially more than 1,500,000 people like me in Ukraine.

This is what inspired me to create the Cobook platform, which connects business with customers and helps to solve business problems more efficiently.

Cobook is a mobile platform where people create, find and store personal and business cards. Devlight and I managed to achieve the goal: we combined the functionality of the site with a contact book and developed a distribution system. With active use of the system, your business card will be gradually distributed and saved in your phone 87 thousand times in a year.

Cobook , Contact Book or Book of Contacts is designed specifically for business people and business people who need a reliable modern platform where you can easily place information about yourself, a product or service with a few clicks in a personal or business card. And potential users can just as easily find and save it.

• Business card - is an analogue of the site. It is possible to place a photo gallery, company description, blog, tell in detail about services, place goods in the store, receive feedback from customers, attach business cards of your employees and place contacts and links to sites, social networks, messengers. Get directions, call or send ane-mail .
• A personal business card isan online business card that can be created for free in 5 minutes and posted: a short description of activities, links to social networks and messengers, the ability to instantly call or write e-mail, and even blog.

Business cards can be shared by link, searched, searched, and grouped by category. Our new distribution system will make sure that information about you in a year will be in 87,000 phones of users - your potential customers.

Our application is free for ordinary users and business people.

Paid functions only in the business card, the subscription to which is $ 30 per year.

Costs:

• 5% - $ 1.5 - taxes,
• 50% - $ 15 - affiliate program (marketing costs),
• 1% - $ 0.3 - banking services,
• 2.5% - $ 0.75 - Wallet services (service that accepts payment)
• 1.5% - $ 0.45 - Paid services (hosting, bitrix, sms, viber, google, and others)
• 40% - $ 12 - Profit of the platform for each paid user
• As users increase, the subscription price will also increase for new users

Attracting users to the platform is planned through:

• affiliate program,
• franchise sales department,
• targeted advertising on social networks to download the application,
• targeted advertising on social media to attract leads and processing through the call center
• targeted advertising on social networks on our developed chatbot (consultant function)
• Involvement of opinion leaders
• Organization of a business conference
• Participation in exhibitions

• Promotion through personal brand, social network
• Promotion through YouTube channel
• Distribution systems where users themselves help in the development of the platform

According to financial and marketing forecasts, by the end of 2023 we will attract 100,000 paid users, each of whom will bring $ 12.

This is a $ 1,200,000 profit and the platform capitalization is $ 10,000,000

(including an annual subscription for the third year of $ 1,200,000 - passive income).

And this is only 6.5% of our target audience, which officially numbered more than 1,500,000 and who are interested in knowing about them, finding them, using their goods and services more than 10,000,000 people who search every day…

The platform has been running for over a year, today we have more than 2000 downloads and 300 unique users - without advertising and promotion

For further development of the project it is necessary to attract $ 165,000 of investments:

• platform improvement, bug fixes, web version. Marketing, platform development, attracting paid users.

Our platform is not a project from scratch, but finished tested product, which is already available on the PlayMarket and AppStore. It just needs fixing and improvement. We have estimated the corrective plan and developed a marketing development strategy.

In addition:

• created a cartoon character who will be an assistant in the mobile application /
• Created a video presentation of the platform  
• developed a chatbot to help develop the platform,
• created animated stickers for Viber and Telegram with our hero,
• developed an automatic affiliate program
• We thought of a sales franchise
• the first sales of paid functionality in the amount of almost UAH 30,000.
• based on the mobile application it is planned to create a business club to unite entrepreneurs into one community
• opened an office in Ivano-Frankivsk
• Twice were in the top 10 free applications for business in Ukraine.
