Safe space for orphans

Project summary

Objective: to provide individual mentoring support to 25 graduates of the 2021-2022 academic year of Luhansk and Donetsk regions, among orphans and deprived of parental care, graduating from boarding schools, colleges, technical schools, vocational lyceums, universities, etc. To prepare graduates for independent life by conducting training during the weekends, holidays, holidays in March - June 2022 on the basis of the village. Shchedryshchevo (FOP Yashchenko) on the topic: "Development of life skills".

Task:
1. Sociological survey of orphans in order to determine the needs and level of knowledge, skills, readiness for independent living.
2. Form a team of 25 mentors (mentors) through competitive selection, training and internships.
3. To form a database of project partners among socially responsible business.
4. Attract resources for the organization and conduct of training for orphans and mentors in the amount
5. Develop a communication strategy for the project and implement it during February - December 2022.
6. Train mentors from March to April 2022.
7. Carry out education and training for independent living of orphans and children deprived of parental care.
8. Bring in the Social Home for Orphans and provide accommodation for graduates who do not have housing or whose housing is unfit for habitation.
