We are looking for an investor to obtain bank guarantees for already won tenders. Investment amounts depend on the volume of the advance payment and the percentage of the guarantee payment under the contract. Calculation example: there is a tender for 1.6 billion. According to the terms of the contract, we will receive an advance under a bank guarantee in the amount of 30% of the total amount of the contract, and the condition is also to provide a bank guarantee for the performance of the contract in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the contract. In figures, it is: UAH 480,000,000 (advance payment), and UAH 80,000,000 (contract performance guarantee). To obtain these guarantees, we need UAH 60,000,000 to obtain a guarantee for an advance, and UAH 10,000,000 to obtain a guarantee for the performance of the contract. The total amount of necessary funds is UAH 70,000,000. Involved investments are returned immediately after receiving an advance from the customer, which is from 1 to 2.5 months.
