IDEA

A space that combines a flower workshop and a cozy coffee shop.

A special atmosphere of home comfort and creativity reigns here, which radically distinguishes it from ordinary flower studios, where flowers are a simple mass market.

Not only bouquets are created here, including corporate orders, but weddings, birthdays and various events are also decorated.

In addition to the main line of work in the workshop, you can buy helium balloons, soft toys and, in addition, handmade author's products (decoration from stabilized moss, glass and forged products). Thematic master classes on creating festive compositions are also held.

At the moment, 2 florists work in the workshop. However, for a more comfortable and convenient work schedule, it is planned to expand the staff. The workshop works both offline and online, using instagram, facebook, viber, and also cooperates with a courier delivery service.

CURRENT STATUS

Operating business. Our space has been operating since February 2021 and already has a large number of regular customers and visitors.

MARKET

Today in our city there is one such place.

But we will benefit from having 24/7 delivery, as well as a larger range of colors, and additional niches of profit, such as event decoration and the sale of author's products.

PROBLEM OR OPPORTUNITY.

In our area of the city there is no such space as you, many visitors come to enjoy the beauty of our showcase, as well as just relax and drink the most delicious coffee in our area, since we do not use the standard ratio of Arabica-rabusta like all 50/50, but use the best roasting in the ratio 80/20.

Also, the advantage of our space is that the client can purchase everything needed for the holiday and just for the soul in one place.

Also, our coffee shop allows the client who came in for a bouquet to comfortably wait for a cup of coffee in a pleasant atmosphere with good music.

Our space is decorated in a beautiful country style with Scandinavian elements, which creates a great home comfort and peace.

Another big problem in the flower business is that flowers are a perishable product that requires proper care from the moment they are delivered.

We take care of the flowers as we received them, and we will also transfer this care to our customers, supplementing the bouquet with a special top dressing for better preservation outside the refrigerator, which will inspire special trust from customers.

It is important for us that the flowers please the client not only in the window, but also at his home for a long time.

COMPETITORS

There is no such strong competitor as our space. If we look at individual niches, then

the main competitors of the coffee house are Aroma kava, Bigman coffee

The main color competitors have two categories: 1. price competitors; 2. quantitative competitors.

The first category includes flower markets, a network of Flora de Lux studios and a million flowers, as well as wholesale warehouses. These are the competitors who often lower prices to attract customers to budget bouquets.

The second category, those who also create author's bouquets are the same, Sparrow, Mercy, they have clients from the middle and premium class.

ADVANTAGE

We create bouquets for any budget and treat each client as a VIP visitor, which attracts him and he becomes our regular client, each time increasing his bill.

We give each client comfort, regardless of his check.

It is also our great advantage that we have been accepting international orders for more than a year.

A huge and indisputable advantage is a large assortment of not only ordinary flowers, but also exotic varieties, which are purchased 1-2 times a week, which guarantees their freshness.

Our clients: mostly men over 22 who appreciate quality and really want to surprise their girlfriend/wife. Girls from 20 years old who love flowers not only for a reason, but just like that and love a comfortable stay with their girlfriends over a cup of coffee. Also, these are companies for which we create corporate orders, the newlyweds for whom we arrange a wedding from the bride's bouquet to the complete decoration of the restaurant hall and ceremony. Families with children who need holiday decoration (excerpt, baptism, birthday)
