The concept and master plan of the hotel is currently being developed. The type of house has been selected and the general developer is being selected. We are looking for a partner who can take over the control of the construction part of the project and possibly in the future manage the entire complex. The construction of the first house is currently planned. Documents are being submitted for the supply of an electrical network. Soil samples were taken. In the coming months, this will include clearing the territory of the first stage, pouring the first foundation and landscaping part of the park.
