Project summary

A functioning SaaS platform for small and medium business owners. Targeted at the Western market. The platform is already operational (there are also sales), but there has been no marketing yet. The platform's purpose is client support and service.

Main components of the platform:

- Online chat
- Unified inbox for multiple platforms (Telegram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram, Line, Google Business Chat). If you receive a message in one of these messengers, you will get the notification on the platform and can respond without leaving it.
- Chatbot designer
- CRM
- Knowledge base

The company is already registered (USA).

As of today, the platform has 2000+ paying clients. In sales since the end of 2022. A basic mobile app has also been created. The app is published in the Apple AppStore and Google Play. There are about 50 positive reviews.

The platform is in active development. There are many development plans, so I am looking for partners or investors for further development and to speed up the process.
