Construction of stylish A-frame (triangular) houses for daily rental in the mountainous regions of Montenegro. A format that is ideal for year-round tourism: in summer - the sea, lakes and nature, in winter - ski resorts.

This is a scalable business that starts with one or three houses on one plot with the aim of further expanding into a mini-complex.

The problem the project solves:

- Montenegro lacks unique and atmospheric accommodation options for tourists.

- Most of the offers are standard apartments and hotels that don't stand out.

- Tourists are looking for Instagram-worthy, cozy, eco-friendly vacation homes.
