Investment preferences

Only a real business at the idea stage or at a minimal stage of development. Only in a business with a competent managing partner / s who understands their industry, is market oriented, and personally involved in all business processes. Only in business involving the participation of the investor in decision-making. Preferably - e-commerce, consumer services, service. One-day businesses for resale are not interested. Sponsorship - not interested. I am sure that everyone appreciates their work and rarely anyone appreciates other people's money. Therefore, all other things being equal, I will give preference to a project that involves less investment of money and more investment of labor before it breaks even. Also, I would prefer a project with a shorter operating break-even time, which is visible and realistic.
