Development of the neighborhood

Project summary

I often hear from acquaintances that they have been given land, and now they cannot sell it to buy a car for themselves. Our land is cheap, so buying them is not such a problem (3-5 thousand dollars per plot). Here I had an idea, these lands can be bought, and build a good neighborhood there, because our city is now actively developing as a tourist, and people will have a place to live, and we will drop a penny. The city is located between the resort towns of Skhidnytsia and Truskavets. Sooner or later, it will be the same as in neighboring cities, and real estate prices will rise. Maybe this project will push people to create recreation complexes somewhere nearby, and then the apartments there will be very appropriate. The cottage town is what is so lacking there now. Good location, and good prices for any developer.
