In short, we will grow such crops as Wheat and Soya with the aim of selling them on the market of Ukraine and Europe, that is, all I need now is an investment in machinery and a warehouse for grain. These crops will be grown in Chernivtsi oblast in the future will grow to the level of 400 hectares of fields, it will take us two years for this plan, that is, we will attract people so that they will give us their shares for rent, I am sure that in 2 years we will receive the amount of land we need, then we will sow 300 hectares of medium-season soybeans with a yield of 28-48 tons per hectare, we take the minimum rate of 3.2 tons per hectare, that is, we get 960 tons of finished products, then we bring them to the warehouse, where we keep them until the price of soybeans rises closer to February next year, the price will be from $390-460 per ton, we take 920 tons from the warehouse erna and sell it for $400 and receive the amount of $368,000. 40 tons we save for seed material...

100 hectares of wheat, we get a yield of 50-70 tons per hectare, that is, we take 6 tons per hectare, that is, 600 tons of wheat and sell it immediately after harvesting at $160 per ton, that is, $96,000, with these funds we settle with people for renting shares...

i.e. we share $386,000 with the investor for the percentage at which we will have an agreement, there are a lot of nuances that will take a long time to describe, so I briefly described the work, but to the investor who will be interested, I will describe everything in detail, so I am waiting for your answers
