Project summary

The operating industrial enterprise for the production of interior doors in the city of Svetly, Kaliningrad region, in order to expand the production of its products in the export direction, is looking for an investor.

The company has the status of a Resident of the Special Economic Zone of the Kaliningrad Region, which gives a number of preferences, namely:

- exemption from corporate income tax for 6 years, then 6 years 50% of the rate;

- exemption from the payment of corporate property tax for 6 years, then 6 years 50% of the rate;

- a preferential rate on insurance premiums of 7.6% instead of 30%, for a period of 7 years.

Because we are 100% export company, VAT refundable only.

Production profitability 30% -40%.

One of the important factors is the ice-free port, which is 30 km away. from the factory.

Currently, the factory operates exclusively in the export direction and manufactures products for the markets of Eastern Europe, Great Britain, and the USA.

It is in this direction that we see a huge and basic potential in the development of sales. This vision is driven by the following factors:

- the geographical location of the factory;

- demand for manufactured products in the countries indicated above;

- definitely entering the market of other countries with a lower price due to a lower cost price;

- the technological capabilities of the factory allow us to produce almost any door product, taking into account the technical features and standards of different countries.

All these factors are positive for ensuring the demand for our products from overseas buyers.

The technological capabilities of the factory are up to 300 thousand canvases per month.

The company has a land plot with a total area of 91 thousand sq. m., production facilities with a total area of 30 thousand sq. m, as well as a huge park of specialized equipment. We have our own heating and electricity supply.
