The project is a modern multi-vertical bulletin board and online service that brings together products, services, and commercial offers.

The web version of the platform is fully developed, tested, and ready for full launch. The service's architecture is built on a highly efficient framework (Laravel), ensuring high speed, security, and readiness for heavy loads.

Current stage (Pre-launch / Ready to Go):

1. The web platform is fully ready (catalogues, user personal accounts, ad submission and moderation system, filters and database are deployed).

2. The infrastructure for connecting a mobile application via API has been prepared.

The purpose of attracting investments:

Moving to the second stage of ecosystem scaling:

• Development and publication of mobile applications for Android and iOS on Google Play and the App Store (based on our platform's ready-made API).

• Launch a targeted and contextual advertising campaign (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to quickly attract the first sellers and buyers.

Use of Funds:

• 80% ($12,000) — Technical development, testing, and release of a mobile application for iOS and Android (Google Play / App Store) based on a ready-made web platform API.

• 20% ($3,000) — Initial marketing, purchasing mobile traffic (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and attracting the first active users.

Offer to the investor:

• Amount required: $15,000.

• Financing terms: Phased (tranche) provision of funds over 3 months for completion of specific stages of development and release.

• Cooperation format: Share in the project (Equity) / Percentage of service income (Revenue Share) / Convertible loan.

• Payback period: 18–24 months.
