Project summary

The birth of our business idea. Since 1999, I have been protecting the rights, freedoms and interests of my clients as a specialist in the field of law, and later as a lawyer. From the beginning of my activity, I realized that it is much easier to work in a professional environment, and I realized that it is convenient for our clients when there is an office next to our office, for example, that of a notary or a psychologist, an expert, etc. And during the pandemic, I realized how important it is not to get attached to the workspace on a permanent basis.

Creation. In December 2020, I and my brother, who is also a specialist in the field of law, created a subject co-working space for lawyers and those related to it with hourly rent of work offices. The starting capital was insufficient and we could not afford a large area (now it is 380 square meters). Our spaces were filled to the brim, so sometimes we had to shoot advertising and work only with regular customers. We can say that we got a clear (exclusive) difference from competitors among users.

Work in conditions of war. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, I and my brother mobilized to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where we are now, the square was left unattended until May 2022, then the bar association, in which I am a partner, began working in this space. In the summer of 2023, my daughter, who turned 18 years old, issued an FOP and began to administer this direction. My brother and I continued only remote control, consulting and financing.

Unfortunately, so far we have only created a basic product concept with minimal features to test demand.

In addition to the importance of the community, we are implementing the mixed-used format (a place where you can work and chat with friends) and space as a service (clients will buy not only square meters, but also services). Yes, we are slowly introducing related office services and taking the appropriate percentage from referring clients to specialists.
