Project summary

The project's goal is to open the first and only console club in a city with no other entertainment.
The main audience is schoolchildren, students from the dormitory, and local youth.
The required amount for a full launch:

≈ 20,000 USD This includes absolutely everything - from EcoFlow to consumables.
💰 Optimal budget (working start)
≈ 15,000 USD Without unnecessary investments, but with autonomy and normal repairs.
💸 Minimal budget (economy option)
≈ 9,000–11,000 USD - Simplified renovation (a “khata” format that is suitable for a simple city)

📌 An additional important point for the investor: The premises are not final
At the moment, all calculations have been made for the placement of the club in a private house with an area of 59 square meters, costing 5,500–6,000 USD.
Why it's beneficial at the start: - Minimizes repair and launch costs; - No rent or deposits; - Quick start without searching for commercial premises; - Complete freedom of redevelopment and modernization; - Ability to scale the project right on the premises.
Development strategy: - start in your own premises → - form a stable flow of clients → - if necessary, move to a larger premises or commercial space.
Risks of renting (if looking for another premises): - more expensive and complex repairs; - landlord requirements; - possible restrictions on wiring, power, ventilation; - a long search for a suitable property.
Therefore, the optimal path is to launch in your own premises and then scale up.

📌Total investment amount
To get started, you need approximately USD 14,500 to stay within the optimal launch budget.
If necessary, equipment may be partially reduced (for example, purchasing one less game console), but minimal renovation of the premises, installation of a security system, and additional associated costs remain mandatory.
Final additional costs (alarm, security equipment, window bars, minor repairs, consumables) will be clarified and agreed upon after the initial approval of the project by investors.

📌 Financial model
Given the lack of competition in the city, as well as the advantageous location near a school and dormitory, the average occupancy of gaming areas is projected to be at least 8 hours per day.
