Project summary

Purpose: limestone plant in the central part of Ukraine.

What is:

1. Limestone quarry with a distance of 130 km (by road) from the limestone processing plant in Lime;

1. Loading and unloading area 22 km from the quarry with a railway branch, an automatic line for loading wagons;
2. Under purchase Limestone mine furnaces in a quantity of 2 pcs, brands IPSH 100, IPSH 80 with a total productivity of 120 tons of lime per day.
3. Warehouse for finished products, loading line for loading finished products onto Wagons. Total warehouse area 5000m2

What we want:

1. Full redemption of the plant (furnaces, warehouse, railway line)
2. Modernization of the facility (what we get: the output of finished products is 50-55 tons per day more, a significant reduction in the cost of production due to the automation of processes at all stages of pouring raw materials into finished products)
3. Purchase and installation of centrifugal mills for the production of fine fractions which are actively used in road construction, production of aerated concrete blocks, agriculture, etc.)
4. Related components and materials (silos, pneumatic pumps, etc.)

What we get: a closed production cycle with the possibility of expanding the range of products.

We produce fractions from 0.076 micron to 100 mm

Application: road construction, gas block production, agriculture, metallurgy, etc.

An investment of at least 1 million euros (stage financing) is required: acquisition, modernization, automation, logistics, commissioning.

Investment term 36 months, return on investment 12 months after launch by deducting 20% of net profit per quarter.

Also, the investor becomes a 30% participant in the project.
