Business plan for creation of production of conceptual healthy lifestyle desserts, which have no analogues on the Ukrainian market. I have experience of successful development of such a project in Moscow, I want to implement it in Kiev.
Project summary
For the last 7 years, I have been developing my own brand Champa Project and creating original desserts, as an innovator confectioner with a non-standard approach to ingredients.
When creating cakes, I completely gave up sugar, flour and animal products.
I am a Certified Nutritionist, a graduate of the world's largest school Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York, and I professionally know the topic of healthy lifestyle.
My products were supplied and in demand in well-known chains (Gorod Sad, Azbuka Vkusa, Fresh77, Ambar) and various healthy lifestyle stores in Moscow.
I want to open an improved production facility in Kiev, taking into account developments and changes in the situation in this market.
