Looking for an investor partner and a business partner who would be interested in starting a renovation business in Central Eastern Europe, particularly Hungary,
Project summary
Renovation work is highly lucrative and is in demand in many parts of the world including Hungary. Specially in areas where there is substantial tourist traffic such as Lake Balaton areas and cities, there is significant demand of fair and decent properties for short term or long term rentals or purchase.
The idea behind this project is a simple one. It is two pronged:
(1) To look for and onboard a reliable renovator in Hungary through a signed agreement between myself (Operational Partner), an investor (Investor Partner) and the renovator (Business Partner)
(2) To look for and onboard an investor who would be willing to invest funds in this business in return for 50% share of the business & its profits etc as well as residence permit possibility for the CEE State whereas I would be responsible for putting all this business possibility and its paperwork/ legwork together.

Whether the Investor Partner would want to be a sleeping partner or have a management role, would be totally up to him/ her.
Expected abilities
This will be the Investor Partner's role (tentatively, as I can see it at present).

This position is to be filled in by an expert and reliable renovator in Hungary who will have a joint agreement with my company as real estate locators and executors of renovation work.
