Project summary

Europe and other western Countries are a prey of various ailments due to rapid seasonal changes, lifestyle and fast food habits this contributes to high level of stress, extra weight, frequently headache and insomnia, diabetics, arthritis, asthma and therefore building  other chronic disease. A well equipped and professional, at the same time very Authentic, Ayurvedic establishment with roots from India is the need in present times to establish a centre in Ukraine to serve Ukraine and countries neighboring countries of Ukraine. Presently the competition in Ukraine in Ayurveda is healthy and in moderate and the same is doing reasonably good and thereby, the same has given a beginning to understand the Ayurvedic Science in Ukraine.

Why Ayurveda in Ukraine:

 Ukraine is  short listed by ANHC to be a excellent geographical location to practice and promote Ayurvedic Science. To add more to the advantages of  Ukraine

- Ukraine is the gateway to Europe considering its geographical location.

- Ukraine is couple of hours flying time form most of the European and other potential Countries.

 - Ukraine is a wonderful Country with  welcoming people and with positive energy compared to many other Europeans Counties. This all above will make the project in Ukraine sustainable.  

ANHC  has generated many Clients from Europe who at present situation wants to  receive ANHC’s  services in Ukraine rather then travel long hours to  Goa, India.  Moreover travel pattern for long distances will be uncomfortable for many Europeans travelling for Ayurvedic treatments to India. The social distancing scenario and high cost of air tariff and other factors will be a major hindrance for these travelers seeking Ayurvedic treatments.  Similarly the same hindrance will occur to other Ayurvedic Centers in all over India and other countries like Sri Lanka who is known to deliver Ayurveda. The Clients/Patients here counts in few thousands in numbers. These various Clients now faces the high cost travel and other issues to travel to India. Therefore there stands a huge opportunity to fill this existing vacuum.

With above we invite a Potential Investor from for this mutual highly profitable venture. The role of the Investor is to provide all the required infrastructure  in Ukraine along with all paper work for a foreign couterpart to operate in Ukraine. While the Service provider will bring in all the required equipments, medicines, manpower and conduct day to day operations.

 Note:

1. ANHC can consider under favorable conditions to work in coordination with any other alike medical services establishment which could complement each other.

2. In this above proposal the investor will receive 25 percent of the gross amount billed to the Client in this venture, for delivering its role as mentioned above. ( pleaase contact us for more detaails }

3.  The tariff per head per day inclusive of all the components in the package is US dollars 125

4.  The tariff per head for a non Residential packages patient/client is between US dollars  60 to 80 per day depending upon the type of treatment and type of medicine.

5. Preferred location for the project site should be blended with nature and having good tranquility and few minutes drive from the city namely  Kharkiv, Kyiv, Odessa or any other city with international airport.

The formula for the returns for the Investor and the Service provider is as follows:(tentative)

The tariff of US dollars  125 is determined in a pattern such that,  half of its amount that is US dollars 62.5 is the running cost for the service provider taking in account all his components of various cost factors including staff air travel from India, staff salaries, staff food  and welfare, medicine cost involved in the various treatments, Clients health diet, Utility charges for the premises that is hotel premises and staff apartments, Laundry and toiletries, linen and accessories etc.

The remaining half amount is broken into two equal parts that is US dollars 31.7 for Investor and Service provider respectively.
