The idea is to open a beauty salon in Asia, where operating costs are significantly lower due to affordable labor and rent costs.

The goal of the project is to create a modern beauty salon with a European level of service, aimed at tourists, expats and wealthy locals who are looking for quality services at an affordable price. There is a clear deficit in this segment on the Da Nang market, and the competition is mainly represented by salons with a low level of service.

I also launched an advertising campaign for 1.5 days. Results: 6 hot leads asking to sign up and 21 new subscribers to the new business page.
