Most of the real estate agencies in the Northern part of the island operate according to the following principle. They recruit objects for sale from developers and private traders, post them on their website and then compete in the results of the search on Google who will be ahead. In general, a lottery. Of course, most agencies have their own database of potential customers, which they send by email and so on. Also, a lot of money is spent on advertising on Google and social networks. There is also a certain division of agencies according to national orientation. Someone works only with Russian speakers, someone only with Englishmen, etc.
