2. BUSINESS PLAN
2.1. Summary of the business plan .
"Korner" LLC started working on the project to create a high-tech enterprise for the production of organic fertilizers back in 2012. Deeply delving into the problems of the need for organic and organo-mineral fertilizers in the world agricultural market, as well as Ukraine's needs for biologically pure fertilizers, having studied the experience and markets of our nearest neighbors, we stopped at the bottom silt of fresh lakes - sapropel.

During the preparatory period of the project from 2012 to June 2017, the following measures were taken by the company:
- Marketing studies of the market of organic fertilizers have been conducted.
- The concept of the project was developed and its estimated cost was determined.
- The technology of the production process for the extraction of sapropel and, on its basis, the production of fertilizers (laboratory method) has been developed.
- The first experimental mixer was ordered and manufactured.
- A number of scientific and practical experiments were conducted to confirm the effectiveness of the obtained mixtures (dry and liquid) and, as a conclusion, their certification and obtaining state certificates for 10 years for three types of fertilizers. (Certificates of fertilizers - Appendix No. 2 ).
- The first batches of the product were produced. Sent for study and field tests by a whole group of scientists and company representatives in Algeria.
- A preliminary contract for the supply of our products to Algeria has been signed.
The estimated amount of spent own funds is USD 500,000. USA.
The main period of project implementation began in June 2017. During this time, a whole set of measures was carried out (Appendix No. 1), which allows the plant to be launched within 6 months from the moment of receiving the loan funds.
The necessary amount of external financing, as well as the sales volumes, the terms of repayment of borrowed funds are reflected in the feasibility study of the project. ( Appendix No. 3 ).
