Construction of a 20 MW solar power plant

Project summary

LLC "SPE "Eco-Synthesis Technology" (code 34739012) was established to implement promising environmental projects.

So, one of them was the project “New construction of the solar power plant “Nova Znamyanka” at the address: village of Nova Znamyanka, Zanasypskyi shlyakh 2 “a” st. with a capacity of 20 MW.

In the process of implementing the specified project, the company invested significant funds necessary to carry out a set of necessary actions, to involve a large number of relevant specialists in the work, as a result of which:

1. In 2017, based on the Orders of the Head of the District State Administration, a “Detailed plan of the territory for the placement of a solar power plant outside settlements…” was developed and approved;

2. In 2017-2018, based on the Orders of the Head of the Regional State Administration, a "Land Management Project for the Allocation of a Land Plot and Lease to LLC "SPE "Eco-Synthes Technology"" was developed and approved;

3. In April 2018, a Land Lease Agreement was concluded, cadastral number 5322486300:06:000:0018, the agreement was concluded for a period of 49 (forty-nine) years, the intended purpose of the land plot is for the placement, construction, operation and maintenance of buildings and structures of energy-generating enterprises, institutions and organizations (KVTSPZ code - 14.1);

4. Based on the above documents, a Feasibility Study was developed for the “Construction of a 20 MW solar power plant “Nova Znamyanka” in the village of Nova Znamyanka, Kremenchuk district, Poltava region”;

5. Feasibility study of the Novaya Znamyanka SES, agreed by PJSC Poltavaoblenergo (letter dated March 20, 2019 No. 03-2714427) and NPC UKRENERGO (letter dated December 23, 2019 No. 01/49948);

6. PJSC “POLTAVAOBLENERGO” and LLC “SPE “Eco-Synthes Technology” concluded an Agreement on non-standard connection to the electrical networks of the distribution system with the design by the customer of the linear part of the connection under No. 2884 dated June 22, 2020, Technical conditions for non-standard connection to the electrical networks of electrical installations No. 47/2884 dated June 22, 2020;

7. LLC "SPE "Eco-Synthes Technology" received a Notice of commencement of construction work dated 12/13/2019;

8. In April 2019, an Agreement was concluded with the State Enterprise "Energorynok" for the purchase of electricity;

9. The Poltava Regional Center for Hydrometeorology compiled a climatic overview of individual meteorological climate indicators for the preparation of environmental documentation for the LLC for the construction of a solar power plant;
