We are working on the development of innovative gas analyser, capable of monitoring of very complex gas mixtures (up to 40 components simultaneously). Such gas analysers are not available at the market nowadays. The gas monitoring can be done:
- in-pipe (leak detection, process control, safety)
- at the area, mapping the chemicals at the room (shown on the figure below)
- on a moving device such as drone, mapping the chemicals and the chemicals flow (shown on the figure below)


A recent epidemy of COVID-19 made us revise our vision of future gas and air monitoring. Therefore, we are working on the development on the gas-analyser capable of scanning level of biological pollutions such as viruses and bacteria. Currently, we have developed a working system and proving the concept. In future we can see such equipment as a part of contactless diagnostic methods for some diseases like tuberculosis, flu, and some illness of stomach.
The problems we solve

Environmental sector:
The EU has a CleanAir program with requires the reduction of the emissions by 2030. At the same time there is not robust methods on the monitoring and control of the gas emissions (no solutions on real-time measurements of volatiles organic compounds). Our gas-analysers are suitable for the monitoring of all chemicals mentioned in the CleanAir program.
Industrial sector:
- Methods of automatic control quality of the feedstock, intermediates and final products
- Methods of continuous control of technological processes (for example, gas composition of the electric transformator oil, which can provide the information about the state of the electric tranfomator).
- Leaks of toxic and dangerous chemicals and solvents (in-pipe and by mapping the chemicals at the area)
- Leaks at gas-oil pipelines
- Safety improvement

- Monitoring of air quality in cities

The limitation of competitors:
- Identification and quantification of relatively simple chemicals (CO2, CO, NH3, H2S…)
- Identification and quantification of a limited number of chemicals (up to 20 chemicals simultaneously)
- Limited range of suitable concentration for measurements
- Cross-sensitivity
Our advantages over competitors
- Identification, quantification and real-time monitoring of complicated chemicals (benzenes, polyaromatics, acrolein, formaldehyde, plastesizers, etc.)
- Identification, quantification and real-time monitoring up to 40 chemicals. We offer “18+22” scheme, which includes 18 relatively simple standard compounds (CO2, CO, NH3, H2S…) and any 22 compounds based on the customer interest.
