In a nutshel we are working towards creating a space for the club members to have space to work, to play, to socialize with other club members. The club exists since July 2021 and grew from 0 to 4k members total with 400 attendes monthly coming to the gamenights we now running twice a week in a brunch place we partnered with.

Our main target audiences - expats (long-term club members), tourists (seeking what to-do on a holiday), erasmus students and digital nomads (mid term, 2-3 months members)
Main revenue streams - snackbar revenue, club/coworking memberships, corporate events.

We already secured a place (3 floors, 250sqm) in central area of Lisbon and started the renowation works with the aim to open the doors in September 2023.
The core team has built and has experiences in all areas needed to establish and run the successful business.

Financing.
Two co-founders are funding the project with their own money and secured some amount from a private investor.
We are looking for additional funding to finish the renovation and launch the place - total amount we are looking for - 80k euro.
Offer for an investor can be one of two options (can be mix of the two as well):

1. convertible loan with becoming an equity partner when we launch place (25% equity share)
2. classic loan for 5-7 years with the first two years we pay back only the interest and 20k of the body is paid at the last month as a baloon payment
