Booki is a completely wired free solution for no hassle in a modern workplace. It will help you to:
- Easily find a meeting room of any size, shared desk be it on the spot or online;
- Use the most convenient interface based on the current end user situation - Web interface, Chat Bot, On the floor in front of the room etc.
- Optimise the utilisation of your rooms and shared desk estate
What problem do we solve? What pain are you solving for your customer?
- Eliminate friction to find a free spot in a modern workplace;
- Easily find a meeting room of any size be it on the spot or online and reserve it with one click;
- Use the most convenient interface based on the current end user situation - Web interface, Chat Bot, On the floor, in front of the room etc.
Who is our customer?
- Any business with a large estate of meeting rooms of any size and purpose including: meeting rooms, huddle rooms, call rooms and shared working desks;
- Any business embracing the activity based workplace workflows.
What I’m looking for:
At this stage I'm looking for a partener to support the development of the MVP product with below core functions:
- Mobile application to support Check-in/Check-out to Huddle Room/Shared desk with the help of NFC card mounted at the desk or room entry.
- Mobile application to display the floor plan and allow searching for free rooms/shared desks based of vatious parameters;
- Application design should support easy integration with the marketplaces of popular collaboration platforms like MSFT Teams, Zoom, Webex. E.g. https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/apps?product=teams
- Web Admin portal should contain convenient building/floor map editor;
- Web Admin portal should allow the administrator to manage rooms and shared desks in the system(via bulk import or by entering of individual items) and to specify parameters like: Building, Floor, Room Type, Size of the Room etc.
- Support integration with the Exchange Online and Google calendaring services to display and amend availability of the existing objects in the corporate calendaring services.
