What Is Needed:
A U.S.-based partner with strong credit capable of supporting:
- BMC-84 surety bond qualification
- U.S. banking infrastructure

This role includes governance visibility and structured financial transparency.
Proposed Structure (Risk-Compensated, Time-Bound)
Phase 1 – Risk Compensation Period (Years 1–3)
- 25% profit share until cumulative payments reach $75k–$90k cap
- 50% of company profits retained into reserve during this phase
- Full financial transparency and reporting
This phase compensates for bond exposure and early-stage risk.
Phase 2 – Transition
- Profit share expires entirely once cap is reached
- Bond renewed under improved company credit profile
- Option to continue relationship under new negotiated terms if mutually desired
