Project summary

I will try to explain as briefly as possible so as not to waste your time.

Alcohol is one of the few products mentioned thousands of years before BC. and has successfully survived to this day without losing its relevance among the population (despite all the prohibitions in the dry laws).

The first thing I would like to emphasize is that it is one of those products that is popular with all categories and segments of the population.

In the Ukrainian market, in this area, there is a series of large franchises and many small shops (the number of which is growing rapidly every year). But, unfortunately (or fortunately), almost all of their products consist of low-quality beverages. (I will tell in more detail at conversation as the list of everything will take a lot of time).

The essence of my project is to open a store in Kyiv selling imported alcohol, at relatively low prices.

It is planned 12-24 positions of alcohol, among which 60-80% will be ale and laggers, which are especially popular among young and middle-aged people, confidently displacing beer.

My task is to create a point with a unique, attractive design, selection of alcohol to the liking of the majority of the population, a large marketing program (to launch "sarafan radio", at least in the nearest areas, due to the quality of products), for the highest income of this institution.

I offer the investor 2 ways of honest cooperation:

1) return to the investor 50% of net income, every month, for 10 years from the opening of the institution.

2) return to the investor of 50% and more of the net income from the moment of opening the institution, until 120% of the taken investments are rubbed.
