A little about myself, my name is Denis Os'kin, I am from the city of Kiev (Ukraine) and I work as a commercial director in a large Ukrainian company UkrTechnoFoods https://utf-group.com/ , we manufacture food processing equipment and export all over the world.

For the last few months I have been working on a personal project to create a Kebab food chain and I am convinced that with the right approach, competent marketing, reliable and sharing partnerships, this endeavor is doomed to success. This is confirmed, among other things, by the increased interest in kebab equipment that I have recently observed from the USA, Europe, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Russia ...

We can start from the countries with the high culture of Kebab consumption and largest number of diaspora from the East, for example Germany, France, England, Norway. In Ukraine, the culture of consumption of Kebab is practically absent.

After that, we will be able to turn our gaze to the countries of its origin in the Middle East, the Caucasus and Central Asia.

And we can bring the culture of kebab consumption to a new level and, in the format that I propose, make it a popular healthy fast food product.

I shot a short video by myself so that you can imagine what it is about and I am ready to share it with you. This is a working material, of course, after we will connect all the necessary marketing tools to the promotion of the project. 

I have the following vision of the structure and technology of the process:
A workshop is organized with the molding of blanks, a department for receiving and preparing raw materials and a freezing chamber, this in fact does not require a large room. The formed blanks freeze and are transported to the points where the grills will stand, the option of freezing the already fried blanks is possible, and at the points there will only be heating and shaping into lavash. The points will have their own authentic look and will be located in places of the greatest congestion - shopping centers, markets, train stations, airports, etc. In the future, these can be detached buildings with a wider range of goods offered, and this does not change the previous format.

This is not the final vision, we can also discuss it.

I already have ideas for how the brand will look and be called.

This is only a preliminary presentation of the idea, which of course requires additional polishing and more than one of our meetings. But I am sure that your foresight will allow you to consider the whole picture and in perspective.

And we should not forget that nothing is impossible, starting small we will be able to transform the project and supplement it with new formats.
The planet's population is growing, crises come and go, the rhythm of life is becoming faster and more dynamic, and therefore the culture of food consumption is 100% meets with our project !

I am extremely honest with you, I hope you understood this even from this letter, and by combining my idea with start-up capital and your capabilities, we will transform this undertaking into a sustainable business.
