"HEART OF BUKOVINA"



Dear partners

Having gained extensive experience in both treatment and management of
PE MEDNEAN Medical Center, we decided to move forward to new heights.
The goals are the highest, we plan to build one of the largest
non-energy rehabilitation centers in Eastern Europe, which would
combine patient rehabilitation, spa, health tourism, entertainment. To
implement our plans, we have chosen a beautiful area of Ukraine,
prosperous and rich in its natural resources Bukovina. Migove is
located on the northeastern slopes of the Pokutsko-Bukovynian
Carpathians. The average height is 505 m above sea level. It is famous
for its mineral water springs. There are hunting grounds in Myhiv
forestry.

On the territory of Myhove there is a ski resort of the same name, at
an altitude of 740 m above sea level, which in the first years of its
existence has become the most popular place for active winter
recreation of Chernivtsi and all Bukovynians. In 2008, President
Victor Yushchenko and his family rested and worked here.


 A brief description of the Mednean investment project:
                                             Investment project for
the construction of a rehabilitation center "HEART OF BUKOVYNA" which
combines rehabilitation of patients, spa recreation, health tourism,
entertainment (thermal / balneological / rehabilitation facilities).

The project itself includes:

Hotel for 500 people

Medical unit for 1000 people a day

Balneology for 2000 thousand people a day

Thermal zone of 3000-5000 people per day

Restaurant for 400-500 people

Trout farm 20-50 tons of trout per year

Sports complex for rehabilitation of athletes

Spa and swimming pool for 300 people.

The planned territory of the rehabilitation center is 38 hectares.

The planned area currently houses the Mednean branch and a hotel for
patient accommodation (1 ha). In other territories there is a lake, a
plant of mineral chloride-sodium waters (in the started condition), a
part of forestry, with owners it is agreed that the land plots which
belong to them will be bought out from them..

Preliminary planning of the rehabilitation center:

- 3 hectares of "balneology"

- 2 hectares of medical unit and sports rehabilitation

- 1 ha administrative building and technical zone

- 3 hectares of lake

- 3 hectares of recreation (forest + eco hotel)
