Network of specialized fish stores

Project summary

The project provides for the creation of a network of small shops for the retail sale of fish and seafood in Odessa.

The purpose of this network is to organize a complete supply chain of products directly from the manufacturer to end customers.

A distinctive feature of this network is specialization in the sale of fish and seafood, the unification of all stores with a single recognizable name "Fish yummies", the sale in stores of fish cookery of its own production.

Shops with an area of 12-15 square meters (MAFs) will be rented, all trade equipment (freezer chests (bonnets), refrigerated display cases, warehouse refrigerators, trade and weighing equipment) must be purchased.

All stores will operate under one trade brand "Fish Yummy".

Range of goods: fish and seafood frozen, chilled, fresh, salted and smoked products, as well as fish cookery of our own production.

Contacts of manufacturers and other suppliers are available. There is also its own processing production of fish and seafood in salted form of TM "Sea Food" (production of preserves).

The network will include the following links:

- main base with warehouses (freezing and refrigeration compartments for products, inventory warehouse), a culinary workshop, an office (accountant, wholesalers and online store managers);

- a chain of stores (10 stores at the initial level);

- logistics (vehicles with forwarding drivers for delivering products to the warehouse, for delivering products from the warehouse to stores, for delivering products to wholesale customers and targeted delivery for online orders).

In addition, the creation of this network does not focus only on the sale of products in their own stores. Trade is provided in the following areas:

- retail trade in our own stores;

- online store "Fish Yummy" (already operating https://seafood.of.ua/);

- wholesale trade both from the warehouse and by servicing other stores that are not united by any networks.
