All projects are at the Ready to build stage and have all the necessary permits and approvals. Lease agreements for land plots were concluded for 49 years, technical conditions for connection to power grids were received, a notice of the start of construction work was submitted, a project for external connection was approved, and all necessary payments were paid in accordance with the technical conditions.
In addition, we offer turnkey construction services, at the exit you get a fully working and well-established business with a passive income of up to 17% per annum.
