Over the past years, we have learned to value our time and personal space. Choosing our direction in life, we often do not leave ourselves a chance to develop skills in other areas. Work absorbs us entirely, leaving no energy and desire at times to overcome the banal inconveniences in everyday life. Increasingly, we begin to prioritize work tasks and household responsibilities.
Business, however, more and more often, especially during the period of quarantine restrictions, comes to the need to use an unusual, remote type of employment for employees. And if earlier it was a method that was resorted to in rare cases, then at the moment it has become a forced necessity and the ability to get more flexible and high-quality performance of assigned tasks without increasing your staff. At the moment, not only large, but also small and medium-sized businesses are resorting to such measures. But in the case of big business opportunities, having significant financial reserves to attract outsourcing companies to solve their problems, for small businesses this is an unbearable burden. Despite a significant deterioration in the state of affairs in all spheres, it is still economically difficult for small businesses to obtain services from professional firms. Medium and small businesses now, and the home services sector even earlier, are faced with the problem of finding specialists.

Universal access to Internet resources plays an important role in our life. Everything can be found on the Internet. We can find the required service in advertisements of individuals, in advertisements of various agencies, as well as in social networks. It all depends on the goal and budget of the task. The search for specialists among friends who have already used its services is especially trusted, but we do not have so many acquaintances in real life, unlike friends in the social network. Another tool at the end of the 20th century for finding specialists was the service for the selection of freelancers. Since then, services in various variations have appeared and disappeared in the labor market. But despite the presence of more than 200 well-known operating exchanges in different directions at the moment, there is still a demand for specialists in social networks, for acquaintances and outsourcing companies search.
But why services cannot capture the market for this type of service entirely, both online and offline? Why is such a huge market, with a turnover of $ 4.2 trillion in the G20 countries at the time of 2017, still not fully captured by such services? Why has one social network grabbed the attention of 2.7 billion people in 17 years, participating in many aspects of our life, but the service for the provision of services for home and business has failed? In our opinion, the whole point is in the approach to this issue. If a social network was created for the convenience of users in communicating at a distance, then services for the most part were created as a tool for business and profit, without taking the form of "humanity". And even periodically emerging services, in which there was no task for their creators to make a profit, still did not bring much fruit.
The popularity of users in this market of services was captured by companies that managed to resist and not give up, while gaining their audience, which is expanding every year. But this expansion occurs not only due to the appearance of new specialists on the market, but also due to freelancers migrating between similar services to get new jobs and more loyal conditions.
In December 2020, we started to develop a service that meets the basic requirements. Ease of use, ease of communication, job security and data confidentiality are our core values ​​in this service. Aiming at an audience of men and women aged 25 to 45, at the initial stage, we selected the main areas in which we can present a different vision of freelancing services and the selection of specialists. At the end of July 2021, we launched the project in the online space, while continuing to work with it further. With the reproducible benefits for the site users in stock, we are in a state of further development and we have something to offer in the coming years to keep the attention of our service among potential users. Calculating the need for the service, we also formed the business component of the project for further scaling and implementation of developments. After analyzing the available financial information of competitors, we were able to determine the number of applications per capita with the available marketing activity and coverage. The current indicators of competitors are 0.0083 applications per person per month with an average check of 30 euros in the equivalent for Ukraine. Based on these calculations, we drew up a development plan for five years, taking into account the growth of coverage in the next 4 months. We compared the result obtained by country in relation to the number of applications with another service recently launched in Latvia, according to this comparison, our planned turnover of the number of applications is 2.85 times lower than the current indicators of the competitor, which makes our calculation of the demand and financial profitability of the project realistic ... According to these calculations, with sufficient funding, the project payback threshold is 11 months and may vary depending on the number of countries with the service being launched.

This project was launched less than a month ago and has no profit at the time. Having set the goal of creating such a plan for a service, the founder used exclusively his own financial resources for development, which in the amount of 5000 € were spent on design development, legal and accounting assistance, as well as on the development of the platform for this service. To further promote the service and reach the planned indicators, an investment of 200,000 € is required. This amount was calculated taking into account the opening of the necessary office and the hiring of personnel, as well as the purchase of the necessary equipment. The amount also includes additional costs necessary for the implementation of the activity.
The constructed project management scheme allows at the first stages to use the services of outsourcing companies, which will reduce the costs of payroll, taxes, office maintenance costs, and more. Saving money on these items of expenditure will allow more flexible use of investments for the development of the service, ahead of the coverage schedule and will allow the investor to inject finances in parts within the amount of the memorandum.
The demand for services, as well as the analysis of competitors and the depth of the market, makes it possible to calculate the turnover of funds for the next 5 years. And if in the first year of the start of the service the projected turnover is at the level of 319 thousand €, then by the end of the second year we will come out to the amount of 1.48 million €. An investor who has invested in this service, according to our calculations, according to the business plan, at the exit will be able to receive an amount of 980 thousand € net of taxes, or continue cooperation further.
