Idea

Having analyzed the idea of ​​starting a business, it is clear that in recent years the quality of basic food products has gradually deteriorated in Ukraine, which has led to an increasing demand among the population for high-quality, safe and healthy food.
The creation of a farm is attached to 10 hectares of land, located in the Makarov district of the Kiev region (200m * 500m).

Agricultural activities

• Greenhouse (for growing vegetables, berries and other crops)
• Livestock complex (cattle, also sheep and goats for meat and dairy products)
• Poultry farm (chickens, indows, turkeys)
• Garden crops (eggplant, potatoes, cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic, peppers, mushrooms, etc.)
• Cultivation of forage crops (for animal feeding)
• Fruit and nut garden
• Miniceha for processing meat and dairy products, in order to increase added value
• Other agricultural activities include: gardening, apes, etc.

Financial plan

To implement the project, it is necessary to attract investments, to acquire the necessary machinery and equipment, to create fixed assets of the first group and to purchase animals. A land plot with an area of ​​10 hectares is allocated by state acts for ownership, therefore, no costs are required for acquiring land.

Project costs and payback

To implement the project, investments in the amount of 8 million 382 thousand UAH (310 444 $) are required. Investments are made in stages:

• 1st 2020 - 5 million UAH ($ 185 185)
• 2nd 2021 - 3 million 382 thousand UAH (125 259 $)

The full return on farm investment occurs in the 4th year of operation.
Net profit for 6 years UAH 14 million 749 thousand. ($ 547,925)
